Ambrose and Katharine took Belinda and Bruno exploring around one of our favorite parks- Joaquin Miller Park in the Oakland hills. It is an amazing place for portraits because there are tall grasses, towering redwoods and old oak trees. Ambrose and Katharine shot their wedding a few weeks ago and we can't wait to share!

Andrew and Shelby's engagement session started out in their own home, which is our favorite way to start a portrait session. He got to meet their extremely relaxed kitty, listen to Andrew play some tunes for Shelby on his guitar and then fit in a game of Smash Brother's on their Nintendo. Andrew even had to blow dust out of the cartridge slot, which brought memories of my youth screaming back. I remember sitting there blowing until I was light-headed just to play some Contra. I am so glad we don't have to blow on our usb cables every time we connect something.
Afterwards, Jerry took them on a little urban safari and explored beautiful Lake Merritt, which is one of our favorite spots in town. Enjoy!
